We offer pickup and delivery Monday through Friday, only. There is no service on the weekends. Orders picked up on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Not much. This time-saving service is available at $2.35 per pound for one-time or as-needed usage. Save on this service by putting your laundry on a regular schedule. Regular customers enjoy a reduced rate at $2.10 per pound.

No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.

It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services. 

Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items. 

No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service. 

Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.

Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.

Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.

Our concierge counter is open from 10AM to 6PM Monday through Friday and again from 10AM to 2PM on the weekends inside Lawrence Laundromat. Attendants will be available to check in new orders and retrieve completed orders during this time.

Please note that same-day orders must be dropped off by noon in order to be ready for pickup by the time the counter closes. This service is only available Monday through Friday. No same-day service on weekends.

We use high-quality commercially available detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets.

Upgrade to premium name brand products such as Tide, Tide Free & Clear, and 7th Generation for a small fee of $2.00.

No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.

• Next-day orders will be ready next day.
• Same-day orders will be ready same day but must be dropped off by noon. Also, same-day service is only available Monday through Friday and will be ready by 6PM if dropped off by noon. There is no weekend same-day service.

Yes, we have the largest in northeast Kansas. Our washer sizes range from 18 Lb. to 100 Lb. capacity meaning we have washers that can take as little as 2 loads to washers that can take up to 10 loads of laundry.
